Our Commitment to Ownership & Repair
Town & Country Implement supports customers who wish to correctly maintain, diagnose and repair their equipment and is committed to provide appropriate customer access to service repair information, diagnostic software and special service tools. In addition to providing a full suite of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) CNHi parts, remanufactured parts and alternative value-line parts, we also provide further resources that are designed to help support customers who are comfortable doing their own equipment repair and maintenance:
- Along with the Manufacturers we represent, Town & Country Implement provides the replacement parts, repair tools, quick start guides, training videos and manuals needed to work on our machines, including remote support services on AFS Connect vehicles that allow dealer technicians to provide long-distance help.
- The overwhelming majority of repairs on our equipment can be made by customers. Only a small percentage of repairs require a software update.
- Town & Country Implement does not support the ability to modify embedded software or controller logic due to risks associated with the safe operation of the equipment or emissions compliance.
Electronic Diagnostic Tool
Electronic Diagnostic Tool (EST) CaseIH and New Holland now offer a version of our EST that is available to our customers. The EST version operates on a PC with Windows 10 (64-Bit) Operating System. This provides you the ability to connect to your Case IH and New Holland equipment via a protocol adapter to the equipment's CAN network. Diagnostic functions the Customer EST provides:
- Controller status/version retrieval
- Parameter monitoring
- Fault code retrieval and clearing
- Electronic version of service manuals
- Electrical and hydraulic schematics
- Fault code descriptions and repair process
- Disassembly and reassembly instructions

Service Repair Information
Service Repair Information (SRI) is a fee-based license subscription to diagnostic software and repair manual content available for your CaseIH or New Holland equipment from Town & Country Implement. This subscription allows users to connect to machines to clear codes, perform calibrations and diagnostic procedures.

- Once on CNHISRI.com, click login or setup a new account Note: Town & Country Implement must approve the account request
- Once Town & Country Implement approves request, you will receive credentials to log into CNHISRI.com and select an SRI subscription type under Services Management
